September 10, 2023, it was Teacher's Day again. During this festival, the 2+2 International Undergraduate Programme of Shenzhen University welcomed new students of 2023. With a red admission letter in hand, they came to the registration site of Shenzhen University Alumni Square full of vitality and energy. The teachers and volunteers were already ready to guide the registration process, carry luggage, and answer questions. Dean Li Weiwen and Vice Dean Hu Rong of the College of Continuing Education, Shenzhen University personally provided on-site guidance to ensure that the welcome work is simple, fast, safe and orderly, and conveyed their genuine care for all new students.

On the afternoon of September 11th, the opening ceremony of 2023 freshmen of Shenzhen University's 2+2 International Undergraduate Programme was grandly held at the Alumni Square of Shenzhen University. Vice Dean Hu Rong extended a warm welcome speech and expressed an earnest hope to the new students on behalf of the University. Dean Li Weiwen gave the first lesson in ideological and political education to the new students, teaching them to understand the "Two Foundations" and interpret the profound spirit of "self-reliance, self-discipline, self-improvement, down-to-earth self-improvement, and courage to be open and inclusive" of Shenzhen University.
